Double-Sided Roller Banner
Description
The Double-Sided Roller Banner displays custom printed artwork on both sides of one portable pull-up system.
Because visitors can view the display from two directions, it works well in exhibition aisles, open event spaces, retail areas, reception areas and conference venues.
Choose either an 850mm or 1000mm width. Both options provide a 2000mm-high printed display area on each side.
Each complete system includes an aluminium roller banner base, two custom printed graphics, a fixed-height support pole, snap rails and a padded carry bag. In addition, both graphics can carry the same design or two different messages.
This product forms part of our wider Roller Banners UK collection, with nationwide UK delivery available.
Double-Sided Roller Banner Sizes
Choose the width that suits your available floor space, artwork and viewing distance.
For example, the 850mm model provides a compact option for exhibition aisles and reception areas. By contrast, the 1000mm model gives your branding and product images more display space.

Two Printed Graphics in One Display
The system uses one printed graphic on each side. Therefore, your message remains visible when visitors approach from either direction.
You can repeat the same artwork on both sides for consistent branding. Alternatively, each graphic can carry a different design.
For example, one side could introduce your company while the other promotes a particular product, service or offer.
Different artwork can also support:
- Two separate products or services
- Branding on one side and contact information on the other
- Different messages for each direction of visitor traffic
- Event information and directional signage
- Separate promotional campaigns
- English and translated versions of the same message
As a result, one display can serve more than one communication purpose without requiring two separate roller banner units.
Grey-Backed Block-Out Graphics
Both graphics use grey-backed block-out display media.
Because the material includes an opaque backing, artwork from one side is less likely to show through to the other side. Consequently, each design can remain clear and separate.
The graphic surface also provides anti-curl and low-reflection properties. Therefore, logos, text and product photographs remain easier to view under typical indoor exhibition lighting.
However, your layout should still remain simple and readable. For example, use a clear headline, one main image and a direct call to action rather than filling every part of the banner.
Stable Aluminium Roller Banner Base
The silver aluminium base includes black end plates and twist-out feet.
First, rotate the feet into position before raising the graphics. As a result, the base gains a wider supporting footprint.
The two graphics then rise from opposite sides of the banner unit. Meanwhile, the fixed-height support pole holds the display at its full height.
Although the system is designed for indoor use, always position it on a flat surface. In addition, keep it away from doors, strong draughts and busy routes where the base could create an obstruction.
How to Assemble the Double-Sided Roller Banner
First, remove the banner unit and pole sections from the padded carry bag.
Next, place the base on a flat indoor surface and rotate the stabilising feet into position.
Then, connect the three-part bungee pole and insert it into the banner base.
After that, raise the first graphic and secure its snap rail to the pole.
Next, raise the second graphic from the opposite side and secure it in the same way.
Finally, check that both graphics stand straight and that the base remains stable.
After the event, release each rail and guide both graphics carefully back into the cassette. Then separate the pole sections and return the complete system to its padded bag.
Where to Use a Double-Sided Roller Banner
A double-sided display is particularly useful when it will stand away from a wall.
Common locations include:
- Exhibition stand entrances
- Trade-show aisles
- Open-plan exhibition spaces
- Conference reception areas
- Retail floors and shopping centres
- Hotel event spaces
- University and recruitment events
- Visitor information points
- Product launches and demonstrations
For example, position the banner at the end of an exhibition stand so visitors can see a message from either aisle.
Alternatively, place it between two display areas and use different artwork to direct each audience.
Businesses planning upcoming events can also view exhibition dates and venue information on the official NEC Birmingham events calendar.
Double-Sided or Single-Sided Roller Banner?
Choose this Double-Sided Roller Banner when visitors can approach from both directions.
By contrast, a single-sided model may be sufficient when the back of the display will face a wall, shell-scheme panel or another exhibition backdrop.
- Double-sided: suitable for aisles, entrances and open spaces
- Single-sided: suitable for walls, stand edges and front-facing displays
For an entry-level single-sided option, compare our Economy Roller Banner.
Meanwhile, our Mid Range Roller Banner provides a single-sided option for more regular business use.
For demanding event schedules, also compare the Premium Roller Banner.
Artwork Requirements
Two graphic files are required when each side will display different artwork.
Alternatively, supply one design and confirm that it should appear on both sides.
Before preparing the files, request the correct template for the selected 850mm or 1000mm model. This is important because the full artwork includes an additional section that remains inside the cassette.
Supply print-ready PDFs in CMYK colour whenever possible. In addition, keep important text, logos and contact details within the recommended safe area.
Your files should include:
- The correct template dimensions
- The required bleed
- The additional cassette allowance
- High-quality embedded images
- Outlined or embedded fonts
- Clear identification of side one and side two
Once we receive your enquiry, Jenwill Printers can confirm the correct artwork template and file requirements for your selected size.
Complete Your Exhibition Display
Combine your Double-Sided Roller Banner with:
- Exhibition Backdrop Walls – create a larger branded background
- Exhibition Counters – add a reception or demonstration point
- Printed Tablecloths – add branding to an exhibition table
- Fabric Display Stands – compare larger tension-fabric systems
