The Stretch Fabric Rectangle Counter is a portable exhibition counter with a lightweight tubular aluminium frame, custom printed stretch-fabric graphic and practical black countertop.
Designed for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, retail promotions and branded events, the counter provides a compact reception point, demonstration surface or customer-facing workspace.
The stretch fabric graphic fits securely around the counter to create a smooth, fitted appearance across the front and sides. On applicable configurations, silicone edging tensions the graphic into grooves at the top and base.
The counter measures approximately 800mm wide × 530mm deep × 1000mm high and has a recommended maximum countertop load of 25kg, evenly distributed.

Stretch Fabric Graphics and Fitting
The printed stretch-fabric graphic wraps around the counter frame. On applicable configurations, silicone edging secures the graphic into grooves in the countertop and base.
This creates a smooth fitted finish while keeping the aluminium hardware largely hidden from view.
Your artwork can include company logos, brand colours, product imagery, promotional messages and campaign graphics.
The fabric graphic is removable, washable and replaceable, allowing the same counter hardware to be reused with updated branding for future exhibitions and promotions.
Rectangle Counter with Internal Storage Options
The inside of the counter is hollow and can provide useful storage space for lightweight exhibition materials.
For the 260gsm stretch-fabric option, selected configurations may also be available, including a fully enclosed version, rear circular opening, rear Velcro join and rear Velcro flap versions.

Portable Exhibition Counter Assembly
The counter uses four lightweight tubular aluminium poles positioned between the countertop and base.
The pole sections connect together before being secured into the top and base. The stretch-fabric graphic then fits around the assembled structure, with silicone-edge fixing used on applicable configurations.
Assembly typically takes approximately 7–10 minutes for one person.
After your event, dismantle the hardware and fold the fabric graphic for storage in the supplied carry bag.

Washable and Replaceable Fabric Graphics
The printed fabric graphic can be removed from the counter hardware for cleaning, storage or replacement.
The graphic can be machine washed at 30°C. Allow the fabric to dry completely before refitting or storing it.
Replacement graphics can also be ordered when your branding, campaign or promotional message changes, allowing the aluminium hardware to be reused.
