In addition, use high-resolution images and vector logos whenever available. If your artwork is not print ready, we can check your supplied files before production and provide a digital proof for approval.
The Imperial Kit includes artwork for the canopy and three half walls. However, additional full-height wall panels, printed tablecloths, exhibition counters and feather flags can be quoted separately if required.
Assembly, Transport and Storage
To begin with, expand the Pro 40 aluminium frame before fitting the printed canopy. Next, install the three half wall support rails before attaching each printed half wall.
Afterwards, raise the adjustable legs to the required height, secure the locking points and anchor the gazebo using the supplied guide ropes and ground pegs where ground conditions allow.
Finally, the supplied wheeled carry bag makes transport between events straightforward. Store the canopy and half walls clean and dry after use to help protect the printed graphics and prolong their lifespan.

Firstly, always secure the gazebo using the supplied ground pegs and guide ropes whenever ground conditions permit.
However, where ground pegs cannot be used, suitable gazebo leg weights or another appropriate ballast system should always be used. The stated wind guidance of approximately 13–18mph applies only when the gazebo has been correctly anchored and used in suitable weather conditions.
