The display is available in four nominal heights: 2000mm, 2250mm, 2400mm and 2500mm. In addition, you can choose from five configuration options because the 2250mm height is available in two different versions. The nominal height and assembled dimensions are not always identical. For example, the documented 2250mm Standard configuration measures 2255mm assembled, while the 2400mm Extended configuration measures 2405mm.

These two configurations also have an overall depth of 400mm including the feet. Their frame profile measures 120mm deep. The packed dimensions are 400mm wide × 1350mm high × 180mm deep, with a packed weight of 15.5kg for the Standard version and 15.8kg for the Extended version.

Double-Sided Backlit SEG Fabric Graphics

The complete 850mm LED Lightbox Display includes two custom-printed backlit fabric graphics, allowing you to present your branding on both sides. You can use matching artwork or choose a different design for each face, depending on how visitors will approach your stand.

SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphics. A silicone strip runs around the edge of the printed fabric and fits into the frame channel. This creates a smooth, tensioned finish across the illuminated display.

The graphics use B1 fire-rated backlit fabric across all available configurations. However, fabric weight can vary. For example, the documented 2500mm configuration specifies 240gsm backlit polyester.

For effective backlit printing, use high-resolution images, clear branding and strong contrast. In addition, consider how your colours and imagery will appear when illuminated. Before preparing your final artwork, request the correct template and follow its safe-area and bleed requirements.

LED Lighting and Tool-Free Assembly

The integrated LED lighting illuminates the printed fabric from within the frame, helping your design stand out in exhibition halls, conferences and promotional environments. Because the lighting forms part of the display, you do not need to position separate external spotlights around the graphic.

The PVC-frame configurations use pre-installed LED lights and stabilising twist-out feet. By comparison, the documented 2250mm Standard and 2400mm Extended configurations use edge-lit LEDs, internal transformers, a 3m UK power cable, push-fit connections and power-linking cables.

The Standard and Extended versions also use a numbered clip system to help simplify assembly. However, the precise frame connections, power components and included accessories depend on your chosen configuration.

Before your event, check the available floor space, allow room for the stabilising feet and confirm access to a suitable mains power supply. Also check your venue’s electrical and stand requirements.

Portable Lightbox Display for Exhibitions and Events

The 850mm LED Lightbox Display is designed for transport between indoor exhibitions and promotional events. After use, you can dismantle the frame and store it ready for a future campaign.

The included transport solution depends on the selected option. The PVC-frame configurations come with a padded carry case, while the documented 2250mm Standard and 2400mm Extended configurations include a heavy-duty wheeled carry case.

When planning your exhibition, consider the packed dimensions and weight as well as the assembled display size. This helps you plan vehicle capacity, storage and access to your stand.

Custom Artwork and Replacement SEG Graphics

Use your own branding, product photography or campaign artwork to create a display for your event. Before preparing your files, request the appropriate artwork template for your selected configuration.

For a double-sided display, you can use the same design on both faces or supply separate front and rear artwork. Keep important text, logos and contact details within the recommended safe area, and allow for the specified fabric bleed and silicone edging.

Replacement SEG graphics are also available for compatible frames. This allows you to refresh your campaign or branding without necessarily purchasing another complete display. Before ordering, provide the existing frame model, height and number of graphic faces required so that the fitting and artwork dimensions can be checked.
