For the best results, supply print-ready PDF artwork using the correct canopy template. Keep important logos, text and contact details clear of seams, hems, fixing areas and panel edges.
In addition, use high-resolution images and vector logos where possible. If your artwork is not print ready, we can check the supplied files before production and provide a digital proof for approval.
This Standard Kit requires canopy artwork only. Additional wall graphics, printed tablecloths, counters or flags can be quoted separately where required.
Assembly, Transport and Storage
To begin with, the Pro 40 aluminium frame uses a tool-free pop-up design. First, expand the frame and fit the printed canopy while the structure remains at a manageable height. Then raise the telescopic legs and secure the locking points.
The frame is supplied with a wheeled carry bag for transport. After use, store the frame and canopy clean and dry to help protect the hardware, fabric and printed finish.
Safety Information
Firstly, always secure the gazebo using suitable anchoring equipment for the surface and weather conditions. Use the supplied ground pegs and guide ropes where the ground allows.
However, when ground pegs cannot be used, suitable gazebo leg weights or another appropriate ballast system are recommended. The stated wind guidance of approximately 13–18mph applies only when the gazebo is correctly anchored and used in reasonable conditions.
Do not use the gazebo in adverse or unsuitable weather. For further guidance, refer to the Health and Safety Executive event safety guidance.
